Maintenance Technician

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and special projects
• Record maintenance activities accurately in the CMMS
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, and team members
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Participate in an on-call rotation (supplemental pay provided)
• Weekend work may be required for installations, repairs, or projects
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Able to climb ladders and work safely at heights using fall protection
• Familiarity with all Ducktrap equipment
• this is a plant-wide role

• 2–3 years of industrial maintenance experience required
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of pneumatic and electrical systems
• Proficient with standard hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical drawings
• Basic computer skills: experience with CMMS software preferred
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated, safety-focused, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or mechanical technology preferred
• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field a plus
