Strong plumbing experience required
Knowledge of appliance repair, electrical troubleshooting, HVAC systems, and general carpentry
Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical duties including bending, climbing, reaching, pushing, pulling, and kneeling
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Job Responsibility

Receive, prioritize, and complete service requests in a timely manner
Diagnose and perform repairs on HVAC systems as needed (major repairs handled by HVAC technicians)
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, toilets, sinks, and fixtures
Repair and replace household appliances including refrigerators, stoves, washers, and dryers
Perform minor electrical repairs including light fixtures, switches, and outlets
Repair locks, doors, windows, shelving, and other carpentry-related items
Prepare vacant apartment units for new residents
Assist with pool maintenance and general property upkeep
Maintain curb appeal and assist with landscaping duties
Communicate professionally with residents, leasing staff, and property management
