What are you motivated by?: The Maintenance Technician implements the upkeep and maintenance of the Sales Center and Welcome Center. What you're great at: Implements preventative maintenance programs such as A/C filters, fire extinguishers, and appliances; Maintains daily upkeep, included but not limited to painting, plumbing, electrical work, moving furniture, hanging drywall and landscaping clean-up; Completes maintenance calls, general upkeep of Sales Center and Welcome Center; Notifies manager of any issues; Assists guests when needed; Completes all other duties as requested.
