Job Description:

For a dynamic and technology-driven company, we are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily maintenance of our modern machinery, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency. Working in a team of five colleagues, the technician will handle offset printing presses, die-cutting machines, HVAC systems, and other equipment. Identifying potential improvements and maintaining a safe, precise working approach are key aspects of the role.

Job Responsibility:

Conduct daily maintenance and servicing of machinery and equipment
Identify and implement improvement opportunities
Ensure safe and precise execution of maintenance tasks
Collaborate closely with team members to maintain efficiency and reliability

Requirements:

A2 diploma in electromechanics or higher (or equivalent experience)
Knowledge of Siemens PLC is an advantage
Experience level: 0 to 20+ years (talent has no age limit)
Eagerness to work with the latest technologies and to continuously develop skills
Willingness to work in a two-shift system
Strong team spirit and appreciation for a warm, collaborative company culture
