Relevant work experience as a technician, machine operator, process operator, production employee with technical aptitude, mechanical operator, or a similar role

Preventive and Curative Maintenance: You perform preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and quickly and efficiently resolve acute malfunctions on machines and installations
Analysis and Optimization: You analyze the causes of malfunctions and proactively propose improvements to machines and processes
Installation and Adjustment: You assist with the installation of new machines and precisely adjust them for optimal performance
Reporting and Documentation: You accurately report completed work and keep technical documentation up-to-date
Collaboration: You work closely with your production colleagues and other departments to ensure continuity and contribute to a safe working environment

Job Responsibility

Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on general plant electrical equipment such as starters, start/stop stations, motors (up to 480V)
Service and repair of production related electrical equipment including knowledge of power distribution and lighting systems, AC/DC motors and transformers, machine and line control devices, fluid control and distribution, electronic controls and instrumentation, variable frequency drives, and basic PLC knowledge/ interpretation capabilities
Ability to demonstrate safe practices and tools for while working with low voltage and medium voltage electrical systems and components
