Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct inspections of company facilities to identify maintenance or repair needs
  • Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with external contractors to schedule and oversee repairs
  • Support preventative maintenance programs and monitor facilities systems
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventories
  • Review and follow RAMS for all tasks and projects
  • Respond promptly to facilities-related emergencies
  • Support office moves, refurbishments, and desk planning
  • Assist with furniture assembly, painting, decorating, and smaller building projects
  • Monitor and manage inventory of parts, supplies, and equipment
  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives, such as waste and plastic reduction
  • Support wider maintenance teams with ad hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience coordinating hard services within a corporate office or multi-site environment
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A full, clean UK Driving Licence

Nice to have:

  • Experience using an automated FM system
  • Health & Safety knowledge or relevant experience
  • Experience supporting sustainability or operational improvement projects
