Job Description:

This job involves performing routine maintenance tasks, conducting inspections, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Responsibility:

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems
Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or staff in a timely manner
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
Assist with the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs

Requirements:

Proven experience in maintenance or related field
Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with guest and staff in a professional manner
Leadership skills to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities
Knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
