Maintains plant equipment. Works in temperature extremes and high places. Follows company policies and programs. Position is full-time, hourly, on 3rd shift (9:45 PM - 6 AM).
Job Responsibility:
Maintains plant equipment by interpreting shop manuals and schematic drawings and through verbal instruction
Responsible for maintaining plants boilers, hot water systems, HVAC, refrigeration, chiller systems, fire protection, and building repairs
Submits daily document reports

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Two years' experience in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of plant production machinery preferred
Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
Ability to use hand and power tools correctly and safely
Ability to operate shop equipment (welders, lathes, grinders, mills) safely and accurately
Ability to retain and recall detailed technical information
Ability to perform precise measurements and tests
Ability to interpret ladder logic and basic control circuits
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Ability to work in temperature extremes and high places
Ability to climb ladders, scissor lifts, WAV lifts
Ability to work in flour/ingredient dust
Ability to communicate accurately with co-workers and team members
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing
Ability to follow company policies (Safety, HAACP, GMP, SQF)
Electrical troubleshooting skill sets
Ability to use a multi meter
Ability to change like components
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
Ability to write simple correspondence and memoranda

Passing Powered Industrial Equipment physical
Success completion of licensing requirements
