Job Description:

Aramark Facilities Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support operations at the Rich Products corporate facility in Buffalo, NY. This is a hands-on, general maintenance role focused on keeping the building running smoothly day to day. You will handle a variety of tasks including patching and painting, light electrical work, basic plumbing, and general repairs, along with closing out work orders and supporting ongoing projects. The role is best suited for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable jumping between different types of maintenance work. You will also work alongside vendors and assist with projects when an extra set of hands is needed.

Job Responsibility:

  • Complete daily work orders and general maintenance tasks
  • Perform patching, painting, and minor drywall repairs
  • Handle basic electrical tasks such as changing bulbs, switches, and outlets
  • Assist with light plumbing repairs (fixtures, minor leaks, replacements)
  • Support small projects including carpentry, drywall, and general build-outs
  • Escort and assist vendors and contractors, including rooftop access when needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in general maintenance, facilities, or handyman work
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
  • Ability to work independently and handle a variety of tasks
  • Comfortable working with vendors and supporting projects
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

Nice to have:

  • Experience in commercial or corporate facilities
  • Exposure to HVAC systems is a plus, but not required (on-site engineer handles primary HVAC work)
