Maintenance Technician

Join our team at Stanley Studios as a Maintenance Technician! This role offers part time hours of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-1pm. Are you a problem solver with a knack for fixing things? Do you thrive working in a role where you are accountable for ensuring the smooth works on minor reactive repairs and carrying out planned maintenance? If so, Fresh have just the role for you! As Maintenance Technician you be responsible for the statutory compliance for your building, as well as managing the large commercial waste bins which are stored outside the building. You will be the go-to expert on all thing’s maintenance, whether its handling routine fixes, tackling unexpected issues but most importantly you’ll be accountable for making the building a welcoming, safe place for our residents to live!
