Maintenance technician

• Preventive and Curative Maintenance: You perform preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and quickly and efficiently resolve acute malfunctions on machines and installations
• Analysis and Optimization: You analyze the causes of malfunctions and proactively propose improvements to machines and processes
• Installation and Adjustment: You assist with the installation of new machines and precisely adjust them for optimal performance
• Reporting and Documentation: You accurately report completed work and keep technical documentation up-to-date
• Collaboration: You work closely with your production colleagues and other departments to ensure continuity and contribute to a safe working environment

• A technical diploma (e.g., secondary vocational education in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent through experience)
• Relevant work experience as a technician, machine operator, process operator, production employee with technical aptitude, mechanical operator, or a similar role
• Strong problem-solving ability and an analytical mindset
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Flexibility and resilience
• Fluent in Dutch, both verbally and in writing
• Willingness to work in various shift patterns, including day shifts, early shifts, late shifts, night shifts, and potentially weekend shifts
• Understanding of safety procedures and regulations

Basic knowledge of PLC controls is a plus
