We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Tamworth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a clean, dynamic environment where your technical expertise will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our systems.
Job Responsibility:
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on machinery, including motors, rollers, belts, sensors, drives, and more
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime
Performing routine inspections and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently
Collaborating with the operations team to identify and implement improvements
Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Requirements:
Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role, ideally within manufacturing or a similar environment
Basic electrical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to high standards
Level 3 qualification in engineering (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK
