Our Maintenance Technicians play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents and the value of their properties by keeping outdoor amenity spaces spotless, clay courts tournament-ready, event venues flawless through daily power washing, painting, court grooming, fast-paced setup/teardown. You’ll handle repetitive care tasks (ice machine sanitizing, hose coiling, filter swaps) and light troubleshooting – escalating anything beyond basic resets. Perfect opportunity for an active, detail oriented “finisher” who loves working both indoors and out, instant results and making members smile.

Job Responsibility:

  • Morning and afternoon grounds walk daily – assess condition and proper placement of all outdoor furniture at the start and end of each day
  • Clay court grooming (daily)
  • Power Washing
  • Painting
  • Event set-up & Tear-down – tables and chairs, décor for events
  • Repetitive System Tasks (No Deep Diagnostics) – sanitize ice machines, change light bulbs, tighten screws, reset GFCI outlets – call lead tech anything else
  • General Polish – sweep court sheds, organize storage and empty trash cans post-events

Requirements:

  • Safe operation of 4200 PSI power washers and surface spinners
  • Brush/roller painting
  • tape lines straight
  • Lift 75 lbs. repeatedly (court rollers, stacked chairs)
  • Basic math for estimates
