Maintenance technician

• Act as the main point of contact for maintenance-related issues across the site
• Receive, assess, prioritize, and coordinate maintenance requests in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate maintenance status and timelines to supervisors
• Track, maintain, and organize tool inventory for maintenance and production use
• Coordinate with supervisors and employees to ensure tools are available, accounted for, and properly maintained
• Work with suppliers to source tools, parts, and materials as required
• Assist with the coordination and oversight of external contractors performing maintenance or repair work within the facility
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and inventory logs
• Support preventative maintenance planning and scheduling
• Identify opportunities for improved efficiency and organization

• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or facilities maintenance environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience tracking inventory and working with suppliers
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, employees, and external contractors
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Flexibility in scheduling to support maintenance needs (when required)
