We are currently looking for a Maintenance Technician for our manufacturing facility in Brackenridge, Pennsylvania. Our Maintenance Technicians are part of a highly skilled team that is critical to ensuring large industrial equipment and systems are fully operational for continuous production and to consistently meet production goals. Maintenance Technicians perform all maintenance functions (mechanical or electrical/electronic) necessary to maintain all operating and service equipment using standard and specialized tools and equipment including mobile equipment as required. In order to become successful, you'll have to quickly learn ATI, our manufacturing equipment/systems, and our maintenance program. A successful Maintenance Technician is a problem-solver and strong with troubleshooting, determining corrective actions, and identifying opportunities to enhance production efficiencies without compromising quality. Job Responsibility
Perform all maintenance functions (mechanical or electrical/electronic) necessary to maintain all operating and service equipment using standard and specialized tools and equipment including mobile equipment as required
Obey all plant safety rules and procedures at all times including wearing proper PPE
Install, repair and service electrical and mechanical equipment on overhead cranes, production equipment, and any other equipment related to operations or maintaining the facilities
Construction, fabrication, rigging, pipefitting, and basic millwright work
Perform precision alignment of motors and other rotating equipment
Operate floor-controlled cranes, fork lifts, manlifts, skid loaders, etc.
Electrical troubleshooting and repairs to AC and DC equipment up to 600 volts
Adjust equipment for proper operating characteristics as needed
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
At least two years of electrical and/or mechanical experience
An Associates Degree in a related mechanical or electrical program
