Join our team at The Shield as a Maintenance Technician! The Shield a 409 bed property are looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician to work Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm. Fresh are a multi award-winning student accommodation provider with over 20,000 beds in our portfolio across the UK & Ireland. We’re looking for someone to support their residents and the wider operational team. Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for the statutory compliance for your building
  • Managing the large commercial waste bins stored outside the building
  • Handling routine fixes
  • Tackling unexpected issues
  • Accountable for making the building a welcoming, safe place for residents to live
  • Ensuring smooth works on minor reactive repairs
  • Carrying out planned maintenance
