Job Responsibility

  • Perform regular cleaning of interior and exterior windows, including high-level and hard-to-reach areas
  • Use specialised cleaning equipment and techniques, always ensuring safety and quality
  • Conduct inspections of windows and frames, reporting any damage or issues
  • Carry out minor repairs to fixtures, fittings, and building structures as needed
  • Assist with painting, plumbing, and carpentry tasks when required
  • Maintain and inspect tools, equipment, and supplies to ensure safe and effective operation
  • Assist with Waste removal
  • Perform routine tasks such as lawn mowing, hedge trimming, and weeding to keep outdoor areas well-maintained
  • Clear walkways, driveways, and entrances of debris, snow, or ice as needed
  • Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables across the site

Requirements
