The Maintenance Mechanical has the responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation of the production lines and auxiliary plant systems by implementing all the required maintenance activities, installations and repairs of the machines and/or systems.
Job Responsibility
Cooperation with Production Foremen to ensure the production lines are operating smoothly
Daily investigation of troubleshooting, maintenance or repair needs of all lines and auxiliaries
Support the execution of scheduled maintenance activities, repairs, upgrades and new projects
Analyse breakdown reports
Ensure all maintenance records and check lists are up to date
Provide suggestions and planning for the needed mechanical activities
Provide weekly report to line manager regarding the status of ordered material, urgent enquiries and status of mechanical related works
Cooperation with Spare Parts Administrator and Maintenance Planner to identify needed spare parts for scheduled preventive maintenance activities, repairs, upgrades, or new projects
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
At least 3 years of relevant working experience
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability to use computer systems
Highly motivated and enthusiastic
Good command of English language
Teamwork mentality

Previous experience in a similar role
Previous experience in the food or beverage industry
