Job Description:

We’re hiring Maintenance Technicians at our manufacturing facility in Zanesville, OH. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll complete preventative and predictive maintenance tasks to support machine reliability and process improvements while always working in a safe manner to troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical equipment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Complete preventative and predictive maintenance tasks to support machine reliability and process improvements
  • Troubleshoot and repair both mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Maintenance of plant systems: mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation
  • Install and program Variable Frequency Drives
  • Install control and distribution apparatus such as switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain switch gears, control wiring and components, overcurrent and overload protection for plant motors including three phase systems
  • Troubleshoot electrical controls systems including motors and PLCs
  • Use test equipment such as multimeters, megohmmeters, and process simulators
  • Repair gear reducers, belt and screw conveyors, chain elevators, and packaging equipment
  • Maintain wastewater system, boiler operations, cooling towers, and general building needs
  • Utilize thermal imaging and ultrasonic analysis

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, technical, warehouse, industrial, military, or related environment OR a two-year technical degree completed.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with 480 industrial voltages preferred
