Job Description:

This is an entry-level opportunity to gain on-the-job experience under the guidance of a more experienced technician by providing basic maintenance services. Will be required to maintain the appearance and upkeep of the assigned buildings and properties to keep the building running smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

Maintain and repair of buildings and equipment
Perform general cleaning of building and property
Perform basic maintenance such as painting, changing light bulbs, light plumbing, and other minor repairs

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Some experience in maintenance preferred
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work in a changing and fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
