We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. Your primary focus will be on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety. Job Responsibility:
Maintaining the upkeep of the property based on standard operating procedures.
Determining the material, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete tasks.
Ordering supplies promptly to complete projects.
Performing general repairs needed, such as but not limited to: painting, constructing/patching walls, security hardware, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, filter maintenance, and landscaping.
Coordinating or inspecting, operating, and maintaining the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED, preferred
Have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Have and maintain a good driving record clear of significant violations
Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus.
Knowledge of essential maintenance and power tools and the ability to use them
Able to multi-task and handle all maintenance issues
Nice to have:
Experience in timeshare resort maintenance is a plus.
