Job Description:

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and become the heartbeat of our operations, tasked with diagnosing, repairing, and modifying all shop equipment and support structures! Your role is essential in ensuring the seamless functioning of our facilities and equipment. Job Responsibility:

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and modifications of all shop equipment and support structures
  • Set up, install, adjust, and maintain production equipment, conveyors, automation, pneumatics, hydraulics pumps, encoders, variable frequency drives, etc
  • Perform routine, productive, and preventative maintenance on equipment and determining what kind of maintenance is needed
  • Identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options to find solutions
  • Watch gauges, dials, and other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly
  • High and low voltage electrical troubleshooting
  • PLC troubleshooting, observe mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble
  • Welding, fabrication, etc
  • Able to work overtime, weekends, and changing shifts as needed
  • Able to work in time sensitive and sometimes stressful situations, with the ability to work independently and follow directions
  • Must be organized, thorough, reliable, and dependable with a high level of attention to detail
  • Responsible for adhering to all company safety and QA/QC programs and OSHA regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years’ experience in industrial machine maintenance, preferably in manufacturing setting
  • Able to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and machine breakdowns
  • Must be familiar with control operations of equipment systems and have experience with gas, diesel, pneumatics, and hydraulic equipment
