Job Description:

Precise is recruiting First Line Maintenance Technicians for industry/factories in Belgium.

Job Responsibility:

Perform frontline maintenance activities on production equipment to ensure optimal performance
Identify, diagnose, and resolve minor technical problems
Carry out routine checks and preventive maintenance on machines
Support the preparation and adjustment of machines to meet production requirements
Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards during maintenance activities
Collaborate with the production team to identify and communicate recurring issues with the equipment
Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, equipment performance, and repair
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase production efficiency and reduce equipment downtime

Requirements:

Experience in the field as a first-line technical operator
Technical training or relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
Flexibility to work shifts
European citizenship is mandatory
Criminal record without serious offenses
Knowledge of English is mandatory at least at conversation level (at least B1)
