High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
1+ years of Maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical, automotive or military environment

Job Responsibility

Provide regular and preventative maintenance in a safe and efficient manner to all plant equipment
assist the maintenance and controls departments with preventative maintenance optimization and TPM efforts
use a wide variety of different tools and equipment to maintain and repair equipment
review and actively participate in the risk assessments
Equipment troubleshooting and repair
Perform required PM checks and report all problems to supervision
Obtain competency to operate all production equipment in AOR and fill ASRS and Blow Molding positions as needed
Monitor, operate and problem solve throughout the blow mold area, from material receiving to finished goods
Building and grounds repair
Utilize WMS and SAP maintenance system for work order functions

Job Responsibility

Work with our Maintenance Manager in supporting planned maintenance checks and take a hands-on approach to reactive maintenance
Deliver daily, weekly and monthly safety checks as well as ensuring everything is in working order in the apartments and public areas
Take part in preventive and curative maintenance of the premises and equipment while promoting and contributing to setting up internal measures for the protection of the environment
Assist with managing stocks, equipment and supplies for the department
Ensure compliance with current safety procedures, and control the condition of the building, technical equipment and all safety and alarm systems in the property
Ensure that all potential and real hazards are reported and reduced immediately
