Maintenance Team Lead

• Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of conveyor and material-handling systems
• Work with Facilities Services Manager to monitor day-to-day operations
• Serve as primary point of contact for conveyor-related maintenance issues
• Lead and guide team of mechanics in diagnosing and repairing equipment
• Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize production impact
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
• Ensure work orders are completed accurately in EAM system
• Train maintenance staff on procedures and safety protocols
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
• Maintain inventory of spare parts
• Adhere to OSHA and safety standards
• Provide reports to management on equipment condition and team performance

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• technical certification in industrial maintenance preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in conveyor system maintenance
• At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems, including PLC troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment with changing priorities
• Frequently lift 20-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift 45-75 lbs
• Frequent walking, standing, pulling and climbing
• Comfortable working at an elevation of 30+ feet
