As a Maintenance Supervisor, where you will play a vital role in driving operational excellence across departments and shifts. In this position, you will provide technical leadership and support, empowering your team to succeed by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring they have the right tools, supplies, and equipment at their disposal. Safety is our top priority, and you will be instrumental in promoting a safe work environment while ensuring adherence to safe work practices. You will proactively address personnel, mechanical, and resource-related challenges to maintain productivity and boost team morale. By ensuring compliance with company policies, Maintenance and Quality procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), you will help uphold our high standards. You will guide your team toward achieving safety and productivity goals, manage labor and material costs, and oversee work orders using SAP and shift handoff documentation.
Job Responsibility:

Provide information and resources to the team to make decisions and solve problems
Guide the team to reduce technical stoppages in equipment or areas of common occurrence
Ensure the systematic review of all processes, and utilities that are critical to the business
Monitor plant/equipment trends to ensure best possible operation and reduction of planned/unplanned downtime
Propose and monitor key performance indicators in accordance with the Best Maintenance Practices
Facilitate the evolution/refinement of Maintenance activities to minimize planned and unplanned downtime
Support site as needed
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of Utilities, Facilities, or Production equipment maintenance
Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience, including proven experience coaching and team development
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with proven leadership and planning capabilities
Proficient in computer systems
Demonstrated problem-solving and coaching skills
Ability to understand, analyze, and clarify complex issues
Proactive in identifying and recommending new opportunities for improvement
Nice to have:
CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) certification or direct experience in maintenance planning and/or supervision is preferred
