The primary role of our Maintenance Supervisor is departmental leadership of hourly personnel and coordination of all plant maintenance activities and related processes. Strong maintenance systems knowledge and chemical background a plus.
Job Responsibility
Departmental leadership of hourly personnel
Coordination of all plant maintenance activities and related processes
Own and support Inside Spray processes, procedures, PM compliance, and process improvements
Lead initiatives focused on improving process reliability, cost performance, equipment efficiency, and production uptime
Manage materials and serve as process owner for chemicals used in assigned areas, including cost tracking and performance measured by cost per 1,000 units
Track and report daily performance related to Safety, Quality, Production, Cost, Employee Relations
Execute company training, continuous improvement initiatives, and employee development plans
Facilitate team involvement and engagement across all areas of operation
Make real-time front-line decisions supporting production and maintenance needs
Own wastewater treatment and chemical-related processes
Requirements
Experience with manufacturing chemical processing and industrial waste water treatment
Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
5+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience
SAP and Office software applications, Fiix, OMS
Ability to lead teams, develop employees, and drive continuous improvement
