Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise and direct associates to meet company goals and production requirements
• Ensure that the associates are trained as required, orientated and developed to safely maintain the assets at or below budgets
• Provide timely accurate and consistent reports for your area of responsibility and as required by management
• Provide a safe work environment for all associates by eliminating unsafe acts or conditions
• Ensure that the Quality Improvement Process and Team Management concepts are effectively employed in your area of responsibility
• Control costs and assets within established budgets
• Be involved in projects such as equipment installations, line changes, etc.
• Maintain maximum efficiency for established goals.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent and two years of technical college
• Strong reading, communication, math, writing, and analytical skills.

4-year post-secondary degree in a maintenance field.
