Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Team Leader to join our night shift operations. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing departmental workflows, providing technical support, and ensuring the continuous efficiency of our production equipment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain and improve preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize production yields
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair specialized equipment in a timely manner
  • Handle scheduling, performance feedback, training, succession planning, and the administration of company policies
  • Lead safety initiatives, including inspections and audits (LPA and 5S), to maintain high organizational standards
  • Responsible for ordering and tracking equipment parts and supplies
  • Support cross-functional teams and lead initiatives to improve management systems and production results

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid Millwright Certificate of Qualification or a Provincial Electrician Ticket
  • 3–5 years of related work experience, including prior supervisory experience
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial maintenance equipment and proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong ability to coach and mentor a team with a focus on results and safety
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
