The ExtraCare Charitable Trust is seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to join our team on a permanent basis at Stoke Gifford Village. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and high-quality living environment for our residents. As Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the effective operation, maintenance, and compliance of buildings, systems, and facilities across the village, ensuring they remain safe, efficient, and well-presented. Leading and supporting a small maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning workloads, allocating resources, monitoring performance, and fostering a positive, collaborative working environment. Your ability to motivate others, provide guidance, and maintain high standards of service delivery will be essential to success in the role. Combining strong supervisory and organisational skills with sound technical expertise, you will coordinate maintenance activities, manage contractors, ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, and respond effectively to operational priorities. You will play a key role in driving service excellence and contributing to an outstanding resident experience.
