Job Responsibility:
Providing clear direction, coaching, and support to your team while fostering strong working relationships across the mill
Assisting in developing and achieving targets related to safety, quality, cost, delivery, and employee engagement
Leading with a strong safety-first mindset, ensuring all tasks and behaviors meet or exceed safety and quality expectations
Ensuring the preventive maintenance program is fully developed, executed, and maintained within budget
Coordinating planned maintenance activities with production teams to meet operational targets without compromising quality or safety
Maintaining high standards of work performance and addressing performance or behavioral concerns as needed
Planning and scheduling daily and weekly preventative maintenance tasks to support equipment reliability
Requirements:
3+ years of maintenance and leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
5+ years as a maintenance or electrical technician, or an equivalent blend of education and hands-on experience
Well-developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Safe work habits
Collaborative leadership style
Knowledge of OSHA regulations

Experience using electronic maintenance programs (CMMS)
