We’re looking for a Maintenance Planning & Systems Leader to play a pivotal role in leading, developing, improving our maintenance planning and delivery systems. Job Responsibility

  • Develop and lead maintenance teams in Asset care principles
  • Lead maintenance planning and systems support, ensuring compliance with standards and managing non-conformances
  • Develop and maintain planning, scheduling, and resource systems to optimise performance and minimise plant failures
  • Oversee materials and spares planning to meet operational demand within budget
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement
  • Provide technical analysis for fault trending and reliability improvements, supporting operational and non-operational teams
  • Champion safety, quality, and environmental compliance, implementing best practices and improvement initiatives
  • Drive energy efficiency and sustainability while enhancing maintenance processes and reliability techniques

Requirements

  • Has strong leadership in maintenance planning and systems management within a complex manufacturing or engineering environment
