Maintenance Planner

• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance for the fleet, including managing recalls and equipment warranties
• Organize the work to be performed with suppliers and ensure follow-up with the relevant stakeholders
• Collaborate with the mechanical team and the procurement department to ensure the availability of necessary resources
• Optimize productivity and ensure the efficient execution of the maintenance program, while supervising the implementation of the preventive maintenance program
• Recommend improvements to the garage manager and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Estimate labor, materials, services, tools, and documentation requirements for each task
• Apply health, safety, and environmental principles and comply with current regulations
• Follow up on purchase requests and verify the compliance of received materials
• Perform any other related tasks

• Vocational or college diploma in a relevant field related to the position
• Three (3) years of experience in similar roles
• Experience in the mechanical field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good command of both French and English, spoken and written (an asset)
