The Maintenance Plan Coordinator plays a key role in supporting safe, compliant, and effective maintenance operations. Reporting to the SSC Operations Supervisor, this role provides coordination and administrative support across the maintenance planning function. Working closely with planners, schedulers, maintenance, operations, and engineering teams, the Maintenance Plan Coordinator ensures maintenance activities are accurately planned, scheduled, and documented—enabling optimal resource use and timely preventive maintenance delivery.

Requirements:
Certificate IV or higher in Business Administration (or equivalent)
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities
Minimum 2 years’ experience in maintenance planning or scheduling
Strong coordination and communication skills with attention to detail
Current valid Driver’s License
At least 18 years of age
Able to fluently read, write and speak English
Australian or US citizen
Australian: Top Secret Positive Vetting (TS/PV) clearance
U.S.: Top Secret / SCI (TS/SSCI) clearance
Nice to have:
Certificate IV or higher in Planning and Scheduling
Trade qualification
CPR and First Aid Certification
White Card qualification
Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications
Experience preparing reports, developing detailed procedures, and documenting maintenance plans
