To carryout Breakdown Maintenance (BM) work in the Production equipment's
Person should have hands-on experience of preventive and breakdown maintenance of Packaging equipments
Person should have operation and maintenance exposure in Clean Water System equipments like WFI Generation & Distribution System, Pure Steam Generation System etc
Person should have hands-on experience of operation of Water System Equipments system
Person should have hands-on experience of work with different make VFD, HMI and PLC

High school diploma, GED, or state recognized equivalent
Five (5) years of industrial (a combination of mechanical, electrical, and/or welding) maintenance experience or related military experience and training
Successful completion of an accredited trade school in the mechanical or electrical disciplines may be substituted for work experience
Valid driver's license with a driving record in accordance with the Sewer District's acceptable guidelines

Job Responsibility

Assists in the mechanical and electrical areas such as installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying plant equipment
plumbing, pipefitting, grinding, cutting with a torch, welding, equipment repair, minor fabrication, and painting of equipment and process piping
Operates Sewer District vehicles and equipment required for the transportation of lubricants and equipment
Participates in the Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Program of Sewer District facilities, including the lubrication and inspection of mechanical and electrical equipment
Assists in troubleshooting and the analysis of faulty equipment
Utilizes the computerized maintenance management system to input and retrieve information
Performs other duties of a similar nature as may be required
