Maintenance Person

• Providing a general maintenance and caretaking service to ensure the home and grounds (including gardens where required) are well maintained
• Redecorating a room ready for a new resident to move in
• Laying a new carpet
• Carrying out a fire alarm check
• Working together as a team to create a happy and caring atmosphere

• A compassionate and caring nature
• Good level of skills and experience in carrying out general maintenance
• Robust and high-quality painting and decorating experience with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Good IT skills and knowledge (including robust skills in using apps and systems on iPads and other IT equipment)
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
• Strong organisation and planning skills
• Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
• A flexible approach to working hours
• Full and clean driving license

Previously been trained as the Legionella Responsible Person in your workplace
