Maintenance Person

• Make sure the premises and grounds are maintained to a high standard
• Performing regular checks
• Carrying out repairs
• Contact engineers or service agents when needed
• Confident in doing fire, basic electrical and appliance checks

• Previous experience in property maintenance or a related field
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in the use of computer software, including spreadsheets and word processing programs
• Ability to manage budgets and maintain accurate financial records

D1 driving licence is desirable but not essential
