Job Responsibility:
Liaise with the Maintenance Manager to plan and prioritise weekly maintenance tasks
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple venues and properties
Work closely with General Managers and venue teams to identify and resolve maintenance issues quickly and professionally within venues
Diagnose faults, investigate issues and implement effective solutions using initiative and technical knowledge
Support morning maintenance duties and routine site checks as required
Assist with project and refurbishment works across the estate
Work alongside external contractors, ensuring works are completed safely and to agreed standards
Assist with outdoor functions and events where maintenance support is required
Maintain high standards of housekeeping in all work area
Keep clear and accurate records of maintenance tasks and updates
Comply fully with all Health & Safety procedures, company policies and compliance requirements at all times
Support the wider maintenance team and assist colleagues as needed
Assist with secure operational tasks between venues and Head Office when required
Requirements:
Proven experience in a maintenance or multi-skilled trade role
Recognised UK Electrical qualification (or strong electrical bias experience)
Strong understanding of Health & Safety and compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
Flexible approach to working hours, including regular weekend working
Full UK driving licence (or ability to travel regularly between sites)
Positive, proactive “can-do” attitude with a hands-on approach
Nice to have:
Joinery experience (first or second fix)
Experience working in a multi-site or hospitality environment
Experience coordinating or working alongside external contractors
