MNM Property Services is hiring a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Operative to join our dynamic team in Wandsworth, Greater London. Job Responsibility

  • Conduct routine inspections of buildings, facilities, and equipment
  • Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, and other repairs
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from tenants and staff
  • Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and meets high-quality standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar maintenance position
  • Strong expertise in plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills
  • A valid driver’s license is essential
