Job Description

MNM Property Services is hiring a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Operative to join our dynamic team in Wandsworth, Greater London. Job Responsibility

Conduct routine inspections of buildings, facilities, and equipment
Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Perform general maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, and other repairs
Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from tenants and staff
Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations and meets high-quality standards

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar maintenance position
Strong expertise in plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Effective communication skills
A valid driver’s license is essential
