As our Maintenance Operative, you will be joining a friendly team at St Lukes, working to ensure the condition of our building is maintained to a high standard.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure the condition of the building is maintained to a high standard
Liaise with the Home Manager and Estates Manager regarding internal maintenance work and external contractor works
Complete basic fire, electrical and appliance checks, reporting all faults
Carry out small-scale decoration of bedrooms and some common areas when required
Requirements:
Experience working in a maintenance or general trade role
Good English and numeracy skills
A passion for caring and helping residents to thrive
Nice to have:
A Level 2 Diploma in Property Maintenance
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
Ability to use own initiative to solve problems
Takes pride in their work
