Job Responsibility

Plan, control, and administer all line maintenance requirements for TUI Group aircraft
coordinate unscheduled maintenance during line operations
monitor and manage scheduled component replacements
negotiate with Line/Base Maintenance and Engineering Planning teams
review and plan defect rectifications across our fleet
maintain accurate aircraft management systems
create and distribute Work Packages
define line maintenance night-stop plans across our network
provide vital telephone support to airline staff, engineers, and maintenance providers
balance maintenance requirements with operational flying programs

Performing activities such as highway surface maintenance, right-of-way maintenance (litter/debris pick-up, embankment repair, etc.), shoulder maintenance/grading, plowing, sanding/salting, drainage maintenance, etc…
Participating in training program and mentorship to develop skills and learn additional equipment when needed
