Job Description:

As our Maintenance Operative, you will be joining a friendly team at St Lukes, working to ensure the condition of our building is maintained to a high standard. You will liaise with the Home Manager and Estates Manager, regarding internal maintenance work and external contractor works (planned, reactive and emergency). You will complete basic fire, electrical and appliance checks, reporting all faults and carry out any small-scale decoration of bedrooms and some common areas, when required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure the condition of our building is maintained to a high standard
  • Liaise with the Home Manager and Estates Manager regarding internal maintenance work and external contractor works
  • Complete basic fire, electrical and appliance checks, reporting all faults
  • Carry out any small-scale decoration of bedrooms and some common areas

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a maintenance or general trade role
  • Training offered

Nice to have:

  • Level 2 Diploma in Property Maintenance
  • Ability to multi-task
