Job Description:

As the Maintenance Operations Associate Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Automation department in our distribution center for our mail order pharmacy. You will be overseeing a group of multi-craft, skilled maintenance technicians who are responsible for maintaining and repairing all production equipment throughout the distribution center.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing the daily operations of the Automation department in distribution center for mail order pharmacy
Managing group of multi-craft, skilled maintenance technicians
Participation in hiring process
Provision of guidance and direction to staff
Schedule preparation and management
Ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures
Staff training
Problem solving and follow-up
Performance monitoring and evaluation
Data gathering and report preparation
Addressing long and short term quality concerns
Planning and scheduling maintenance work
Facilitating work group activities to meet quality standards and objectives of Safety, Cost and Delivery
Coordinating with maintenance manager on daily and weekly activities
Ensuring technicians operate safely
Planning and installation of new equipment
Managing implementation of equipment or engineering changes
Overseeing and developing mechanical and electrical drawings, CAD updates and technical documentation

Requirements:

3+ years of supervisory experience
5+ years of general maintenance and troubleshooting skills, including knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
High School Diploma
Ability to work Monday – Friday 3:00PM to 11:30PM with open flexibility

Nice to have:

5+ years of supervisory experience
Technical Degree or directly relatable experience in a production environment
Experience with Manager Plus (CMMS) software
Proficient at PLC programming, mechanical understanding, and Microsoft Office
