Our client, a leader in the industrial manufacturing sector, is seeking a Licensed Maintenance Millwright to join their dynamic team. Job Responsibility:
Repair all machine emergency breakdowns and schedule non-emergency repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to production
Conduct minor electrical and/or electronic repairs, adhering to all safety protocols
Monitor all manufacturing equipment and perform routine and preventative maintenance when required
Weld material using in-house equipment for repairs and fabrication
Assist with the general maintenance of the company building, including offices, to ensure a safe and functional work environment
Requirements:
Licensed Industrial Millwright with a valid 433A or Inter-Provincial Red Seal certification
3+ years of maintenance experience in a production facility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of SAP is an asset
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, schematics, and welding
A valid Lift truck license (reach truck/propane)
Ability to work a varied schedule, including occasional weekends and on-call for emergency situations
Regular, predictable, and on-site attendance is an essential function of the job
Nice to have:
Scissor Lift License and Fall Arrest certification are considered assets
