Maintenance Mechanic

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain hydraulic systems, compressors, pumps, and specialized machinery including roll forming machines, punch presses, shears, and welding equipment
• Conduct detailed inspections and damage assessments to identify why equipment failed and implement long-term solutions
• Execute mechanical repairs and basic electrical troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Strictly uphold Life Saving Rules, including LOTO, machine guarding, and PIT safety protocols to ensure a zero-harm environment
• Participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives and assist in training Maintenance Mechanic trainees to elevate team performance

• Valid Millwright (433A) License or documented proof of being an active apprentice nearing completion
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing plant
• Experience specifically with roll forming and fabrication is a significant asset
• Strong mechanical aptitude paired with electrical problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent in English (written and oral) with the ability to document repairs and communicate effectively across departments
• Ability to remain mobile and on your feet for the duration of the shift in a fast-paced environment
• A self-motivated 'individual contributor' who also excels in a team setting

Experience specifically with roll forming and fabrication
