We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic Trainee to join our team and play a critical role in supporting a wide range of maintenance activities for the production process in the world’s leading color production facility.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Communicate equipment issues with peers and leaders.
  • Read and interpret basic drawings and schematics.
  • Use hand and power tools in a safe manner while completing repairs.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm – You're excited to learn a new trade and build your skillset.
  • Curiosity – You enjoy learning new skills and doing different things each day.
  • Responsibility – You are accountable for your work and keep on top of your tasks, whether at school or on the job.
  • Prior mechanical work preferred.
