Join our client as a Maintenance Manager at a key site in Las Vegas, NV. This on-site role puts you in charge of designing and delivering a comprehensive maintenance program that drives reliability, safety, and efficiency across production lines. You will lead a diverse maintenance team, coordinate with engineering and procurement, and manage external OEMs and contractors to keep equipment running and downtime to a minimum. You will shape preventive maintenance, asset care, and reliability improvements. You’ll forecast budgets, track performance, and push for process improvements using Lean and TPM principles. You’ll work closely with production, quality, and safety teams to ensure compliant facilities and secure, efficient equipment that supports the business goals.
Job Responsibility:
Prioritize and coordinate all maintenance activities across the facility
manage spares and downtime
institute preventive maintenance on critical machines
lead, hire, and develop the Maintenance Technician team
manage budgets, quotes, and purchase orders
oversee contractors and safety programs
maintain equipment documentation and failure statistics
drive continuous improvement using TPM and Lean
coordinate capital and expense projects
ensure compliance with site policies and OSHA rules
be available for off-shift support when needed
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Maintenance, or a technical field
High School Diploma/GED with at least 8 years of facility/maintenance management experience
hands-on mechanical skills
CNC or other machine programming experience
remanufacturing operations experience
working knowledge of safety programs and LOTO procedures
