The Maintenance Leader plays a critical role in fostering a culture that prioritizes safety without compromise. This position is accountable for ensuring stable and reliable plant operations, with a strong emphasis on safety, talent development, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of leadership and sustained performance in maintenance operations and programs. They will be responsible for leading, training, developing, and engaging all maintenance team members to drive operational excellence. Success in this role requires exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, the ability to lead change effectively, and a commitment to achieving results through active employee engagement.
Job Responsibility:
Championing a safe, clean, and environmentally compliant work environment

Conducting Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
Implementing and sustaining preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Developing and executing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Reliability Work Process (RWP) plans
Maintaining a strong connection to daily operations
Building strong, collaborative relationships with production and technical teams

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of industrial manufacturing/maintenance assignments and experience
A Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, Science, Operations or Business
Able to engage and care for people starting with Safety
Experience leading Reliability Work Process (RWP) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) preferred
Excellent at listening to team, following up on commitments, and building strong teams
