Job Responsibility

Overseeing the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of conveyor and material-handling systems
Serve as the technical lead for the conveyor maintenance team
Work closely with the Facilities Services Manager to monitor day-to-day operations
Communicate deviations from expected outcomes to leadership
Lead and guide a team of mechanics in diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance
Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize impact on production
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
Ensure all work orders are completed accurately in the Enterprise Asset Management system
Assist in training maintenance staff
Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades
