Job Responsibility

  • Perform routine office upkeep, general facility maintenance, and simple building repairs as directed
  • Safely use basic hand and power tools to handle minor hardware fixes, patch drywall, tighten fixtures, and adjust doors
  • Conduct regular office walkthroughs to proactively identify safety hazards, burnt-out lighting, or areas needing repair
  • Carefully disassemble, move, reassemble, and configure meeting rooms, cubicles, and corporate office furniture
  • Assist with receiving, organizing, and distributing heavy office shipments, inventory, and facility assets
  • Adhere strictly to all corporate health, safety, and environmental protocols while performing physical tasks

Requirements

  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic maintenance equipment
  • Physically able to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Excellent communicate skills and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving mindset to troubleshoot any issues
  • Experience working in a corporate setting is an asset
