Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Maintenance Inventory Clerk to support inventory and warehouse operations within a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing incoming and outgoing materials, supporting stockroom operations, and ensuring inventory processes remain efficient and organized. The ideal candidate will have prior inventory or warehouse experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with daily inventory management and stockroom operations
  • Process inventory orders and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Log incoming shipments and track items removed from inventory
  • Move materials and products between warehouse, stockroom, and operational areas
  • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, completeness, and damage
  • Verify orders have been filled correctly and report discrepancies
  • Coordinate corrections for damaged, missing, or incorrect inventory shipments
  • Maintain organized inventory storage areas and accurate documentation
  • Support smooth and efficient warehouse and receiving operations
  • Follow company safety procedures and complete required safety training

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, stockroom, or related operations
  • Experience with parts inventory procedures
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and general PC applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Prior industrial, manufacturing, or maintenance inventory experience preferred
  • Experience supporting maintenance or operations teams is a plus
  • Required safety training: Alchemy Safety Training
